There were a few things in the house that need updating or upgrading for example the floors are separating in... read more some areas, the couches are old and uncomfortable not great for sensitive skin , the pillows were really flat and uncomfortable, the cleaning supplies were just kinda thrown underneath the stairs, and the “grill” was tiny and we couldn’t use it and there were some stains on the comforter. There were also no hand towels in the bathroom to wipe hands we only found a bunch of mismatched body towels and face towels in the laundry room which are not all white towels as posted in the listing and the bathroom door in the hallway upstairs does not lock. The backyard isn’t accurate with what is posted on the listing. Some pros are the garage parking (which is rare!), a well stocked kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay for the price we paid but some upgrades would take this listing to the next level.

  I am deeply disappointed with this Airbnb listing. The host is highly unresponsive, and the lack of customer service was evident from the start. I requested to check in a... read more day earlier, three days before, but the host ignored my message and request (Friday vs. Saturday check-in). This disregard for guests' needs is concerning and should be a red flag for potential guests. A simple I am afraid we can not accommodate would've sufficed.

As we checked in, we noticed how filthy the house was. The furniture smelled and looked like it was thrifted 25 years ago. The ceiling fan in the living room had a THICK layer of dust that instantly triggered allergies for a few of us staying at the house. Undoubtedly, no professional cleaning service is happening, especially when the host admitted his "mom" is who handles the cleaning. It is highly unprofessional, especially when we pay over $130 for a cleaning fee.
